Posted on May 09, 2012 Everything in this world is beautiful but not everyone can see it because everything is simply a matter of perspective - how we look at things and what comes into our minds in relation to the object in sight. I clearly remember during my younger years that I wanted to develop an eye for photography - to be able to capture the most ordinary moments and things then make them look magical in a shot. As of now, I’m far so far from being a photographer (the professional kind). Maybe I didn’t try enough. Maybe I was too lazy to take it seriously and practice. I’m quite happy being an enthusiast though. I fulfill certain urges when I feel like taking a few clicks and it can be liberating.
There are times when I want to do the forbidden. I couldn’t get over the sight of these flowers and so I had to break the rules and pose in the middle with gentle step and careful consideration for the plants of course.
Sometimes I like candid shots better. I didn’t have to try so hard to get a nice shot. The more I pose and smile a camera, the more I’m dissatisfied with the outcome. If you want more details about my outfit, read this post here.
I find all kinds of flowers really pretty. Looking at them gives me this giddy feeling. However, I hate receiving bouquets though. Weird huh? Although the gesture can be sweet but seeing flowers wither makes me sad. I’d rather relish views like these that’s why I enjoyed going to Baguio’s Botanical Garden during my work trip.
The sky has always been my most favorite sight of all. The clouds just take my breath away.

Posted on May 09, 2012 Thank you so much Tomato for this studded bag! :) A few posts ago, I dropped by Tomato for a shopping spree and this bag is one of my purchases! Check out the rest of my look by clicking the link below. :) Wearing one of the season’s most popular trend! (via styleandsoul.net) TUESDAY TRIVIA: Boy cut ba? Yah! Tried that! Siguro people who just knew me now would be surprised about this. Or… maybe not! Should I go back to short? Maybe yes, maybe no! Hehe! It was a looong time ago though. Haha! I’ve tried a lot of hair styles but lately I’ve been gathering the courage to color my hair in really outrageous colors! When will I ever be ready to do that? Hopefully soon!
Been to my official blog? Not yet? Go visit now na, haha! It’s styleandsoul.net. See you there!

Posted on May 06, 2012 Budget Fashionista tip: When buying pasalubong, never go to the “tourist spots” because expect items there to be more expensive, of course. Instead, go to public markets - where locals and ordinary people really go and purchase items for daily living. There, expect products at reasonable prices.
